Professional installation of one dimmable, 3-color temperature selectable 6-inch wafer-style LED recessed light in a new construction ceiling, performed during the drywall stage and prior to blown insulation. This canless wafer light is supplied by our company and provides modern, low-profile lighting with selectable color output.

– One 6-inch dimmable wafer LED light with 3 selectable color temperatures (typically 2700K, 4000K, 5000K – standard white trim, supplied by company)
– Cutting and fitting into finished drywall ceiling
– Light installed and terminated (wiring not included)
– Labor performed during the drywall stage
– Work performed to current residential electrical code
Excludes (additional charge if needed)
– Electrical wiring or cabling (charged separately)
– Rough-in case, brackets, or electrical boxes (billed separately)
– Electrical conduit (available per 10-foot increment)
– Permits (if required)
– Switch installation or relocation
– Smart switches, specialty trims, or advanced controls
– Surge protection or arc-fault integration
– Wire fishing through finished spaces
– Change orders after rough-in has started
– Clean-up of blown insulation or debris if present at the time of installation
