General Service Exclusions
• Permits: Obtaining any required permits or arranging necessary inspections is not included in the service and remains the responsibility of the client, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Digging/Trenching: Any digging, trenching, or other excavation work is not included unless specifically noted in the scope of work or service agreement.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnostic or troubleshooting services for existing issues (outside the defined scope of work) are not included in this service.
• Pre-Existing Issues: Any pre-existing problems, faults, or code violations in existing systems are not addressed as part of this service.
• Cosmetic Damage: The service may necessitate access through walls or other areas and could result in minor cosmetic damage (such as to drywall, paint, or other finishes). Repair or restoration of any such cosmetic damage is not included in the service.
• Scope Limitations: Only the tasks and services explicitly listed in the service description or estimate are included. No additional services beyond those specified will be performed.
• Additional Work: Any additional work or changes requested beyond the agreed-upon scope of work will be treated as a separate service and billed accordingly.
