This fee is charged per visit.  It does not include any electrical work and is charged for projects that require us to come back to finish the job.  
Ways this fee is added:
Hot tub deliver dates. 
Customer did not complete there task on the appropriate date and time so we have to reschedual. 
If the job is a remodel and requires rough in and trim out.
If a customer is not available to let the inspector in.
