Includes:
– Installation of one single-gang electrical box
– Labor to mount box in finished or unfinished surfaces
– Wire nuts for terminating existing circuit conductors
Excludes:
– Wall plate
– New wiring or circuit extensions
– New device (existing device must be reused)
– Wire fishing through finished walls or ceilings
– Drywall, texture, or paint repair
– Corrections to existing electrical issues, code violations, or unsafe conditions

Terms:
50% non-refundable deposit is due once the quote is accepted. The job will be scheduled only after deposit is received. Remaining balance is due upon completion. Pricing and scheduling are subject to change based on site conditions.
