Terms:
-Customer to supply string lights, extension cord and timing device.
-No warranty is given for the customer supplied string lights.
-No digginging is included.
-No troubleshooting is included for csutomer items and will incur the appropriate troubleshooting fee.
-Extension cords need to be outdoor rated when instaled outdoors.
-Paint and drywall repair should be expected and is the responsibility of the homeowner. 
-Maximum install height is 12 feet. All installations above 12 feet will incur an additional charge based on site conditions.
-Maximum distance between support locations is 30 feet.
-Typically no electrical permit is needed but if it is there is an additional fee for that.
