Terms:
Customer/ owner is required to call 811 3 day in advance to make sure the area is safe to dig.
Digging must be possible by hand.  Of a machine is required there will be an extra charge.
Excludes: concrete cutting, conduit, wiring,  or any electrical work.  Drywall damage is often required and is to be repaired at the homeowners cost.
